BREAKFAST
Cinnamon raisin bread with butter, 1/2 gala apple, blueberries, strawberries and orange juice
LUNCH
Veggie fried rice with gluten free sauce and brown rice from Zen Vegitarian Cuisine on north 21st St.
DINNER
BLT with veganise, guacamole amd corn chips.
All in all it went pretty well today. I found it hard when I wanted to snack and a few times I tossed something in my mouth out of habit without thinking about it. We shall see how it goes tomorrow.
So what's your new diet, vegan and gluten free? GF is pretty easy once you get used to it. I've got lots of recipes on my blog. We're so not vegan though. LOL
ReplyDeleteWas it Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread? Otherwise, it'd have Gluten in it. My mom is on a GF diet and my niece is allergic to Gluten. It is UNREAL how much stuff has Gluten in it.
